We have launched our "Campaign for Character" to establish a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in the Save Mart Center!

The Fresno County Athletic Hall of Fame has celebrated athletes in our region for 58 years. It’s fostered the region’s rich athletic heritage and shared amazing stories with the community.

A bold partnership between the Fresno County Athletic Hall of Fame, Fresno State and the Fresno County Office of Education was formed. The proposed Fresno County Athletic Hall of Fame facility will be housed in Southwest corner the Save Mart Center.

The facility will be home to teaching the character values inherent in sports. It will promote values that make people in the athletic culture of Fresno County particularly successful: Goal Setting & Resilience, Teamwork & Accountability, Dignity & Respect, Self-Worth & Self Regulating, Service Above Self, and Commitment to Community.

It will also provide community and school speaking opportunities for Hall of Famers, collegiate athletes, and Fresno County professional athletes as we commit to enriching the lives of youth through character development and outreach programs.

This center will be a gathering place for youth, classrooms, families, fans, athletes, and the rest of our community to be inspired by the achievements of our region’s great athletes and deepen our sense of community pride.
